Well....I've come out of hiding to express how much this blows. Possibly or officially cancelled, it looks like we may not see another Silent Hill game for a long time.

May have to pick this up. I really loved how Downpour, while certainly about Murphy dealing with his guilt, was just as much about Anne and her quest for revenge. Might be pretty good.

I gotta admit, it is really awesome that a Silent Hill game of all things was the star of the Sony Gamescon showing. As fans we've always stuck with the series through good and bad, but its so great to see so much talk about the series again and hopefully bringing back some recognition in a good way...
