Thanks for posting the trailer. I had no idea about this until a friend called me.
If I get the game I'm sure I'll accidentally call him Daryl.

I liked the film, it wasn't perfect but I had low expectations anyway. What really shocked me though was seeing the terribly low Rotten Tomatoes score. It had earned an 8% then but now it's even lower. Despite all of it's flaws, I'll be adding it to my DVD collection when it's released.

Isn't there going to be an actual CD release of this soundtrack?

I'll buy it to add it to my SH collection. Hopefully, it will have some good extra content.

I went to see the movie The Possession last night with some friends (which was not scary at all) and I wasn't expecting the SH: Revelation trailer to play. It was a nice surprise and it got some of my friends interested in Silent Hill.

At least it's not PG-13. I've noticed more and more horror movies are getting that rating.

When I originally read the "They look like monsters to you?" line out of context, I thought it implied the reverse of what's commonly assumed; that to Vincent, the monsters look like, say, angels or beautiful creatures rather than hideous abominations. He seems quite fond of the Otherworl...

I've been wondering about this too, Strawberry Thunder. I just finished SH 2 the other day and I don't ever remember seeing anything suggesting Laura was sick too. I could've overlooked it though since I tried to finish the game quickly.

It looks ok to me. I like the effects but why is Pyramid Head there?
I hope there will be more SH 3 monsters in the film as well.

It wasn't that scary to me. Most of the enemies made me laugh.
There was one side mission that was very creepy.

I was waiting until either the middle or end of the vibration but I had no luck. I decided to try to grab it as soon as the vibration started and it finally worked for me.

I'm a little disappointed so far with the game. The combat system isn't that great in my opinion at all and I don't like the fact that you can't save on your own. At least I'm liking the characters and the music though.
