Contacting doubhelix games
Anyone else not able to find Homecoming on Steam? Same here. I've been trying to contact Doublie Helix by phone for the last hour. Yeah, I'm addicted to my Silent Hill. 8) Anyone else wants to join in, here is the contact info. phone: (949) 698-1500 email: pr@f9e.com If anyone gets some news, please...

I still don't understand the lack of discussion regarding missing people. If I read it right, the latest entry is Sep 22nd and no one has filed a missing persons report with Wheeler? And Elle can't afford a damn computer in 2008? I ain't exactly rich, and I've had a computer for years lol. yeah, I'...

A very intersting theory. I actually tossed that ideal into a story loosely based on Silent Hill. Never thought the professional folks would try the same though. What if the answer lays inbetween? Joshua being something made flesh, sent by the God to help the cult, seeing as how they keep botching t...

While it's nice their upping the monsters to keep combat dangerous.. Don't get it. Why have to learn a new combat style just to keep running around screaming? The old game wasn't just one button, it was timing. Can't we just keep that and scream our lungs out? Still, the interview was good, an...

I'm a little disaopointed with the graphics. However in game, with sound, they will likely suffice. Lets hope Homecoming does well, and maybe Double Helix will receive a better budget for the next trip to Silent Hill. 8) I also vote SH3 for best graphics. The cinematics particullarly. Some chin whis...

True, but the Jappanease admire more of the female form than is common here in the states. Thus if Team Silent had made homecoming, bet you would see much more detail to the monsters, than just jublies. Also they tend to be more subtle, probably wouldn't paste them on half the creature base. :mrgree...

I don't think the town would bother with just a rapist. Unless he was like going serial all over the war zone. Still the prolific boobs and American team makes me worry. Would they be insane enough to use that for the twist? The real trick I believe will be how the game portrays Alex. If he is a guy...

Alex didn't really strike me as old enough to be a green beret. If his offical age is 22, that's really pushing it. Have to agree with granolabar, prefer the people in Silent Hill to be average folks, not cardboard cutout heroes. Still, what if he was training for the berets, but failed? That or dro...

Silent Hill has a way of liking to defile things, with whatever they fear the most. Now this is pure speculation, but considering how obsessed Christabella was with demon children. And the focus of her cult that she may well have been virgin. With a fear of loosing that. If Alessa knew as much about...

Much rather have a physical copy. However I suspect the reason for Steam is that their not 100% done working the bugs outa PC edition. Hence they can easily distribute patches, and watch the forums for feedback. Well, I couldn't figure out any way in hell to get a PS3 by halloween, but my computer s...

I've got a few grumbles, though not beat it yet. Then that's becuase the grumbles are annoying me. PS2 port by the way is what I play it on. -Very large levels right off the bat, but I'm figuring that's a game length issue. -Little chance to explore, character seems pushed towards the next go...

I very much agree with Burning Man's theory, if not twisted even a little more. I've heard some soliders coming back find they don't fit into society anymore. That in the end, they find home has become the hell they tried to escape from. Paritcullary back in the Nam war. Maybe that is part of what t...
