I honestly can't think of my fave line.
I have to say however I loved "We're already here" the way all the background music and noise stopped as she said it, then BOOM the carousel descends!

My interpritation of it is that it is the symbol of the cult that broke away from the Order. The Halo represented The Order, and this new, smaller sect created their own stripped down version of it. Smaller symbol, smaller cult.

Thats what I think anyway.

The UK version has a 45min Making of, an introduction to the movie from Bassett, 11mins of Deleted Scenes, a Trailer, the Hollywood Horror Nights trailer and the Audio Commentary.
I'm actually rather surprised we got all of that!
Shame we never got any decent features from the first film.

I was rather disappointed with the deleted scenes. Especially the Rose and Heather seen. You would think there could have been some dialogue there before the Missionary appeared.
But then never mind, I'm just glad we got deleted scenes!

It must just be their way of saying "It really is a sequel, honest!"

Tbh I rather like it. I hated the UK cover for SH1, tbh the US one wasn't much better.

I doubt it. Hadida wouldn't let him do a separate cut of the film so I doubt that it would ever happen. Silent Hill isn't mainstream enough to justify a different release.
Hopefully we will get deleted scenes on the DVD but I am not even expecting those.

I just wish Bassett would be allowed to make his longer cut that he mentioned. Fingers crossed we get some deleted scenes this time, or at least one of those "Unrated Editions"

I wonder if the UK will get the commentary. We never usually do... at least we know some kind of special features will be available. I really hope that they give us a few deleted scenes!

The he clearly wasn't 100% happy with it. I would loved to have seen a longer cut but I doubt we will ever get it.

Im not expecting it to be amazing (i've read some spoiler free reviews) but I am expecting to enjoy it and to be excited about it. I am going with an open mind and I want to form my own opinion of it before I really start to take in the reviews.
