Is there a way to do this? Maybe through their website or something?

This was posted foreve ago, but no. They already have pretty much cut all ties with physical copies of games now. Pretty sure Konami plans to just continue on with pachinko machines. As for team silent, they would have no way to produce the game, since all the rights belong to Konami. I doubt we will see any new content from the SH franchise anymore.

You could try, but they probably wouldn't read nor reply. I tried to do the same with Bethesda actually - no response whatsoever. Game companies generally suck.

I think Masahiro Ito has a Twitter account? I could be wrong though.

Masahiro Ito does use Twitter and while he has expressed interest in working with the original members of Team Silent again, Konami is still the owner of the Silent Hill brand.
