Well for those who played Homecoming.
[Reveal] Spoiler:
Do you remember how judge Holloway died. Getting a drill in the neck. Damn it look just like that scene from SH 2. Where Pyramids Heads commit suicide. After thinking about it, maybe Double Helix planned to make Judge Holloway, a female version of the Pyramid head. Maybe.

I can see Mashairo ito influence in design of that PH,
so why not.
