I can't imagine they'll do anything noteworthy if they do anything at all.
Didn't they let Castlevania 30th anniversary pass with no mention and this year is Metal Gear Solid's 20th, I don't expect anything noteworthy there either.

They'll give us a random pyramid head skin in an unrelated game and half-assed imply they're still 'interested in making new games' and then we'll do this thread again for the 25th anniversary.

They don't really have a good reason to acknowledge it.
By bringing up Silent Hill again, that gets the conversation and expectation that something is on the way in people's minds again. Which they most definitely are not working on anything new. It's better to let it quietly pass than say something and get people riled up over nothing.
It's possible that those involved with the games might speak in interviews or through blogs/twitter/whatever, but don't expect Konami to do anything official.
Yeah, you would think Konami would have a renewed interest in console games given the recent popularity of micro transactions and loot boxes among publishers. Yet, there’s basically nothing.
