What do you mean "better seamed one"? The only other timelines out there are wrong because they've either a) placed each game in the year of their release date, or b) put Silent Hill 3 & 4 happening near-simultaneously--which is wrong. Very, very wrong.

Well, no one's elaborating on what the problem is with this one--they're quick to judge & say that's wrong, but no one will bother explaining what. If they did, then I could correct them & answer the problem.

There are several other timelines out there, but they all place Silent Hill 3 at 2003 & SH4 at 2004. An impossibility that I've gone into numerous times, in numerous threads--even in here.

Nice timelines, though I dont know quite which one to follow, they only have minor discrepencies.

I'm sorry, I should have termed this better.

They have discrepencies and diffrences with each other and not with any sort of time-line I had centered in my own head. (having played only through the third Silent Hill, I have yet to be able to make anything like that...and I probably would not have the time besides.)

And besides, I do not think I could critisize this. It's a good work and the culmination of tons of research, I can tell. Again, they are all very similar, just some areas are diffrent in places than others, but this is very minor. Descrepencies between authors are a natural sort of thing.

Are you sure about the year that Amy Baldwin was born? I'm thinking it was 1977 instead of 1979. Because when you find that plaque (in Born From a Wish) it says something along the lines of "God must have really loved you, to take you at 7 years old". The when you talk to Ernest, he says that it has been 10 years since she died. Which would make her year of death 1984. But if she had been born in 1979, she would've only been 5 at the time of her death.

Yeah, that's a mistake. I, at one point, was revising the timeline, then reverted it back to what I'd originally thought--what it is now--but there were some dates that I'd overlooked during the revision. Thanks for pointing it out.

It's hard to find people who dedicate themselves to help other people gain a better perception of the story.

However, I wish you'd be more open on how & where you get some of your supplemental sources from besides the "games" so I could trust & verify what you write in general; good job though, it's an especially alluring connection of the dots.
