An ending to remember....

Which parts of the movie do you have on your mind? Or, when you think back, what part stands out in your head?

I'd say, from Cybil's fight/beating on through every thing that happened till the end.

Well ... I'd say the first thing that comes to my mind is the end (the very end),

PRIME_BBCODE_SPOILER_SHOW PRIME_BBCODE_SPOILER:

where they drive out of Silent Hill.

The next thing would be the first Horror-Scene, where the Siren appears for the first time and Rose encounters the Grey Children.

And maybe the short part after the massacre at the church - especially when Rose says "Mother is God in the eyes of a child."

I think those are the few parts I liked best about the movie.

The part where

the screen goes completely white for a few seconds, then you hear "Congratulations, Rose... You did it... Your reward - the truth."

sticks out in my mind, and not in a good way.

When...

Rose is chasing her in the alley, it looked almost identical to the game. The garages and fences were great. And then the siren, "They did it right..." is all I could say. And then the rest of the movie happend...

I gotta agree with you. That was cheap almost like a direct word to gamer who after long struggle completed the game

The very ending when

Rose and Sharon are still in a foggy place and Christopher is still in the real world. It's such a bittersweet ending, very true to Silent Hill!

I love that song too, Lost Carol!

Part that sticks out...

The Ending Credits, first and foremost.

also the first siren up to the part where Rose drops her lighter (HUGE flame btw >_>), and all subsequent Monster appearances

The whole movie in and of itself stands in my mind.
But if I have to pick just a few, then:

PRIME_BBCODE_SPOILER_SHOW PRIME_BBCODE_SPOILER:

When ever Rose and Chris were in different demisions, and yet could sense each other.
Another thing would be Some of the beautiful camera angles. They whole alley scene was shot-for-shot the game.
Of course anytime PH would show up. Defintaly the encounter between Anna and PH, and Rip* Ewww...

YEA,that scene with Rose and Chris.Thats what I always remeber becouse of the musice and the drama effect in that scene.

When Cybil and Rose first meet Anna in the hotel. I couldn't believe how similar it was to James and Angela's meeting in that mirrored room from SH2. Also when we saw Lisa - what a fantastic image when she's crying, and taken straight from the games.

... any scene with the siren! But the ultimate sequence for me was when Christabella leads Rose and Cybil to the hospital where the camera beautifully captures the ashes/snow slowing falling to the earth. The bare willows. Beautiful! And the music!

the siren always caught my attantion. Especially when she decendes doing the stair case and the whole town just goes black. And all you can hear is the siren in the back ground.
Creepy!

I thought that was amazing.

the bit that sticks out for me...

Probably where anna gets her skin ripped off by pyramid head and at the end when christabella gets torn in half and alessas dark part is dancing in her blood.

but i thought the whole movie was beautifully done.
