Silent Hill coming to Blu-ray in the UK

Post by Mr.FLOOT »

According to Play.com

Here: http://www.play.com/DVD/Blu-ray/4-/6362 ... duct.html#

Silent Hill is coming to Blu-Ray in October. So here is a burning question....does anyone know if this is just exactly the same as the DVD version, or will there be extra features?
I searched the forum and couldn't find a topic on it so apologies if there is one somewhere.

Just now coming to Blu-Ray?! I guess I'm not familiar with UK releases, but holy piss, that's quite a ways off of the original release date, DVD and Blu-Ray version.

Blu-Ray should have extra features because of the giant space on the disc.

That's what you would hope, but if what I read in some other thread was right, about Gans wanting to release the special edition a few years later after the initial release, then I would expect the 'blah' version v_v

Yeah, It's probably just a "port" so to speak. But I hope it's got some extra stuff. Either way I'll probably buy it.

Blu-ray is regionless already got an American import, it doesn't have any extra features BUT looks so good, eye wateringly so. I think the UK edition will be the same as the US honestly. Worth getting though. Noticed loads of small details :)

I can't wait to see what the Silent Hill movie looks like in 1080p.
