He looks like Pyramid Head walking on the street with his giant axe. He is also called the Executioner.

Eh??? O.o I think that's a ripoff of the Pyramid Head, with the only fact that the weapon and clothes are different... o.o

He doesn't really look like PH or move like him. He's dragging a big weapon, that's the only similarity. And he is doing so with an ease uncharacteristic of PH.
