According to Gans on the move blog, the Janitor is going to be used in a future SH game.

I was actually a little nervous about it because we had to have all the monsters approved by Akira Yamaoka and Konami. So when Akira came to visit us in post-production. I showed him and luckily he loved it. In fact he asked if he could use it for a future game.

I'm going to be very cautious of bathrooms in SH5

lol no, what I mean is it's not the original. It's been played about with, probably made smaller by the site to save bandwidth.

I'll find a proper one somewhere else. I'm terribly anal with this kind of thing, borders on OCD sometimes
