Anyone else notice how the cellphone seems to have replaced the radio?

Oh, and uh...hi. Been lurking a while. Just felt like registering to point this out (which can be ignored if already known).

I caught the replay tonight.

I loved all of the extra creature footage, especially of the Patient Demon.

*If you got a problem with my post, send a fucking message or something. Love me, hate me, wish me dead, either way, no matter what, ya'll wrong for this shit. It's a fucking movie. It comes out friday. Ain't no reason for you people to get the way ya'll do.*

Now I seriously hate talking out of subject, but damn this website is clearly full of fuckin' racists. Let alone people who can't run it right. Damn it's hard to do this without cursing. Where does it say Silent Hill doesn't "blend" with black folk? Why is it that when BET has the movie special showing much footage, it's all about disrespect towards blacks, instead of, "Wow I loved that"? Word of advice. Keep your opinions to yourself. I would Quote you people, but I'm on my phone, so that's currently a problem. FrozenHalo, I would really love to know what you mean by that remark? Fever_Chill, obviously your post is aimed towards blacks, but you fail to realize white people are the tru culturally-impaired, and black folk don't talk like that or do that. White people who think they balck do that. You/They so screwed up, they fuck up other cultures thinking it's yours/theirs. Oh and Shabby Ragdoll, fuck you.

Just another excuse for culturally-impaired morons to yell out shit during the movie.

I'm sorry, but when they hype a movie up like this, I just know I'm gonna have to put up with people saying stuff like, 'Damn, dat bitch jus got her skins ripped to the izzz-off!' during the entire film.

Yeah, not doing it.

I don't think that any of the people who actually run this site have made any racist or hurtful remarks...

I for one cannot apologize for the actions of others that may have hurt you, Dalin. But I can say that I am sorry for your frustration and I hope your view of "white people" isn't so narrow.

Watching BET or MTV doesn't count you as "culturally impaired." (isn't watching those stations giving you information on pop CULTURE?) Its just television.

To get back on subject, I hope that they mentioned that cgi wasn't used to create the monsters. I want people to see the movie and go "Holy shit these monsters are so cool looking I can't believe they're real people!!"

I'd totally counter your post, but uhm, it made no sense.
So. Anyway...
Don't get so riled up.
This isn't about white/black. Mkay?

Get over yourself.

Shabby, your post above really did help to make it into a racial issue as you didn't even talk about the program they showed on BET in either of your posts here so please start talking about the actual program if you feel the need to contribute (note: not digress) in this thread.

28, from what I saw of the program, all the monsters are acted out by people, I'm quite happy about that also. I guess the cockroaches have to be done up with CGI though. haha

And I've found the video here on Youtube:

Part 2:

...that all my life I've been rushing up and down hills, leaping rivers, crashing over obstacles,
never dreaming that one day that beautiful thing in flight would land on this earth and into my arms

I saw it for a sec on BET at a friends house, but thought it was the stars show :( He's a racist anyway so he didn't want to watch that channel...

Wish I would have seen it. It's too bad I have to wait 20 more hours to see the movie.. poor poor me ;)

I have to say though, individuals (no need to say what color, just that they talked like morons) ruined my experience watching the Devils Rejects... I hate people talking during movies...

The last time someone talked at a movie i was in was during Exorcism of Emily Rose...and I threw a boot at them...didn't get caught and they stayed quiet...I wouldn't suggest that approach...but I will do it again during Silent Hill if necessary...

Ugh, yeah.
It is SO not okay for people to talk in movies.
Some guy sat in front of me at The Grudge & decides to call someone right whenever the movie's at its climax.
He was ridiculous too like "Oh, I got a new cellphone, yeah 800 dollars, oh, that sound? Ah, I'm just at some movie....uh the Grudge or some shit like dat"
I'm serious, I could quote the dumb bastard. Someone 'accidently' knocked his cell out his hand & it shattered. He wanted to fight the guy but an usher escorted them out.
I could have stood & clapped.
Anyone at Silent Hill, under my eye, like this - will of course, be brutally attacked with their own phone

I think the BET feature was much better than the Starz Edge one. Some really great behind the scenes clips, including Radha kissing the Armless character....ewwwww!
"Gee it's as hot as hell in here."
"For me, it's always like this..."

Nobody better screw up my viewing of this movie. I don't get out to the movies much and that kind of crap just doesn't stand with me. There was something I went to see a year or so ago where people were doing that... can't remember what it was. The people were far away, though, and I don't see where they were, so all we could do we try to quietly yell "shut up!" I think the people sitting next to them eventually called in an usher. I don't know why some people are so socially inept. It's like it's part of the universal culture to be an asshat and disregard the people around you.
