-Sharon was holding the "drawing block" during the car ride (SH1).

If the block had the same writing as in the game (COWIIG DINOR?) i would have just fainted.

But that almost happened minutes later anyway..

I don´t think it´s been mentioned how in the end Alessa looked similar to the Mary/Maria monster in the end of SH2.

It awesome how in the bed with the corpse in the alley scene, you can even see the flys flying around the dead body like in the game...

- When Cybil approaches Sharon while Rose is paying gas, Sharon says "Don't talk to strangers" which is actually similar to what Heather said to Douglas

Yeah, the roach scene. I was so happy to see one of the characters actually stomp on something to kill it. Made me happy!

When Chris hears the message Rose left him on his cellphone, the white noise and interference sound exactly like in the scene where James finds the radio, along with the first monster. The one where we can hear

There´s a short scene right after the janitor has finished "infecting" the bathroom, where we see him on the left side of the screen, screaming, while the whole place is so mutated, it all seems a little "organic". That picture is very similar to a scene shown in the SH3 intro video, where we see Valtiel standing in an "organic-ish" room himself.


Another one is the fact that the door to room 111 in Grand Hotel is hidden behind a painting, just like one of the rooms in the church in the final part of SH3. Furthermore, it is alessa herself that tips us into looking behind the painting. It can be said that the same thing happens in the movie (kinda) - Cybill finds a drawing made in Sharon's drawing block that shows a child being burnt resembling the painting Rose has to cut through to reach the room.

Its true.... I like that part when Sharon tells that to Cybil. It make laugh like hell....

This maybe was not intended as a nod to the game, but when Rose finds Sharon's teddy bear in the beginning of the movie, it reminded me of when James found one in an apartment in SH2.

I found just about everyone related too the first game, since it was the first movie. The others i didn't, and they were kinda cool. did anyone mention that they used almost all of the locations?

Hm.. I dont know if this was in ALL of the games, but its the whole "3rd bathroom stall" thing. In SH2 in the prison area, the 3rd bathroom stall farthest from where James enters the room, is locked (and afterwards after checking it multiple times, a sound is heard after trying to leave the room). In SH4, after coming from the hole in the bathroom, 3rd bathroom stall farthest from there, door is also locked and same thing happens-a sound is heard.

In the movie, the 3rd bathroom stall that Rose checked was also locked and when the room was mutating a sound was heard (even though this is after she tried leaving)

Sorry for the up, but I just watched the movie with original audio track and I caught some more nods to the games.

- Alessa talking to Rose: "Remember the hotel?" like Mary in SH2 "Remember that time back in the hotel?"
- Cybil, while burning, screams "Leave her alone!" like James near the end of SH2

Indeed there's another scene that has not been mentioned: when Cybil and Rose separate in the hospital, the elevator scene is very similar to the one with James and Maria in Brookhaven, in SH2.
After that the elevator falls down and that's the nod with SH3 that has already been mentioned.

How about the paintings hanging in the school? "God" "Courage" ... can't remember the others. They weren't explicitly from a game, but I can clearly see them being used in a Silent Hill puzzle.
