Uh, yeah, that's Lisa... minor easter egg, but many people have pointed it out before. It's like an early sketch of Lisa from Konami when they were still working on her character and hashing out her final looks and such...(hence why the girl kinda looks like she has curly hair...I guess Lisa actually did at one point...) that's all.

I think that the picture must be just a rerence to a real person and the developers wanted to add it in this specific cinema... When you watch the room in the first person mode the picture is gone!! Well,not exactly gone... But the woman face is replaced by a white layer (If I rememebr well, has passed time since i played the last time)

I barely noticed the painting. I didn't think it was anything special.

I noticed that too, the image in the picture behind Lisa's head appears to be an image of Harry and his wife finding Cheryl by the roadside.

Nah! I think it's Lisa though, but within the picture, I forgot to tell you why would they make something like this? I am talking about the first picture, about the picture in the photo, it's Harry and his wife carrying a baby just exactly as the first scene of SH LOL!! Here is another picture of her...
