Extra Dahlia scene on American NTSC version?

Apparently the scene is a very short clip featuring Dahlia that doesn’t appear on the European PAL version, but it is included on the American NTSC version.

It seems to appear after you view Cheryl on the multiple televisions at the Vestal Gigastore, shortly after you leave the Green Lion Antiques.
