Silent Hill Perfect Guide + Kōshiki Guide

My question will probably be addressed mainly to Japanese players of SH - I hope there are more than a few here
I´d like to know if the two untranslated official guides, Silent Hill Perfect Guide and Silent Hill Kōshiki Guide (for example, http://jap-sai.net/Games/Silent_Hill/Silent_Hill.htm) contain some deeper description of plot, events and characters - something like the Q&A section in the "Complete" guidebook (http://silenthillchronicle.net/shkgb.htm). I just wondered if there is any other reliable source of information directly by creators of the first SH (Keiichiro Toyama, to be more precise) back from the days after its release...
