Yes! That's the first thing I thought. Plus it looks like he has that apron like thing covering his legs, but it's the helmet that gets me. =/
It's fairly distinct too, considering how blurry the picture's background is.
I saw PH at first too, then the more I looked at it, the less human it appears. I also magnified the entire page to 400% and it still somewhat looks like PH, but again the more I look at it, the less human it looks.
man, when i read the first post, i was thinking it was some sort of reference to a creepy, real-life news clipping. it probably is an actual news clipping, but what of, i don't know.
It doesn't look like PH, it looks like Kayako from Ju On. A woman in white with long dark hair over her face.
