Hey what exactly does that thing do cause i haven't figured out what to do with it. and the description doesn't really say what it is or what it does. so What does it do?

Or better yet where do you use it at so i know if i have missed it!

You don't get to use it until you reach the Lakeside Amusement park. Use it in a cutscene. Wait for it...

You use it in the amusement park but I won't ruin it for you, you must learn for yourself otherwise why play the game in the first place...though let me say, it changes alot in Silent Hill....

Basically the game would tell you what it does.....when it does it....and that's it
