Ratiocinator... your collection is just... beautiful.

Bout my only interest, aside from acquiring all the games, is collecting posters. Of course, I wont be laboring under the delusion that I'll ever be able to get the poster you found, 10 years is insane, but I'm glad the dedication payed off for you. It is a fantastic poster afterall.

On another note, I found these today on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/320893271102?ss ... 1497.l2649

What are yall's thoughts on collecting items that are fan-created, and not official konami items?

I think you may've converted from Euros. We're talking British Pounds here, so it's more to USD 1,200!

Let us know if your uncle has it! Be sure to take plenty of pictures and let us know what you think if you can play it. :)

Hello, finaly i've bought the arcade for 600 Livres + 200 Livres for delivery in france...
I'm not a fan of silent hill..i've never played to this game but the arcade was really beautiful..

As the arcade is powered by a "konami pc", i've put a new hard drive, and now i can look movies and tv directy to the arcade.
And when i whant to play the arcade, i put the original Hard drive.

Ready to leave UK :

Wow, you were really daring to purchase an arcade cabinet for a game you've never played, let alone never played any of the console games it was inspired by.

Congrats on the win, though!

I'm not sure, but 20 years ago, i 've played to "resident evil" on ps One, and i remember that one of my friend played to silent hill.
I can't remember the music, but i know that it was very dark..

I'have watched the movie for the first time this week end : i really like this town..
Next goal is to connect a ps1, ps2, ps3 to the arcade...the only "stupid thing" is that the screen is only capable of 640* 480 ....

Concerning the arcade, i was searching for an gun arcade to play with my soon (4 years old).
A virtua cop would have been better, but finaly i've found the silent hill arcade and i fall in love
I've performed a copy (ghost) of the hard drive, and if you want i can upload it..

Does it use some kind of proprietary connections or anything? Would it not be possible to just remove it and replace it with a flatscreen?

I know a lot of people really value sticking to the original tube screens, but if you're wanting to make it multifunctional, it might be looking into at least.

Wow, nice collections, everyone. :) That Heather kit is gorgeous beyond words.

Does anyone need the R2 JPN DVD of the SH movie (3 disc set with the art book)? Not really doing anything with mine.

I have a small question, not regarding collections too much. Someone is getting me 3 Heather Models like this one: http://silenthillforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=21929 . I want to paint one like the original Heather, i will modify another one to look like Memory of Alessa, with the head seeing straight, rather than the floor, i may put a sub machine gun, knife or steel pipe rather than the handgun, and paint her like MoA.
The question is: I want to modify the last one to look like Heather, Movie Version. Does anyone knows what are her full costume colors exactly? I have seen photos of her in full costume, but i really cant figure what color is each clothing. I think that the skirt is of a VERY dark green color, but i dont know for sure. Can anyone tell me which color is every part of her costume (apart from the obvious ones, like the vest and sleeves), please?
I will put pictures when i finish...maybe even selling them. Thanks.
