Old SH2 Trailer with red SH2 logo at top left - anyone have?

While we all know of the various E3 and TGS trailers around the net there was a very, very old SH2 trailer that had the SH2 logo in red at the top left corner of it the whole time. Does anyone know the whereabouts of this trailer?

I remember mid-way through it had James killing three nurses in the streets at daytime with either the plank or pipe and a lot of blood was around him.
