On the Silent Hill Remixes "album" there is track named Silent Bentonville with some spoken story. I am not natural English speaker and I don't understand it. Could somebody transcribe it for me? Thanks a LOT!

The only references I can find to a song called "Silent Bentonville" are apparently fan remixes of other SH songs.
I was going to download it/listen to it so I could transcribe it for you, but none of the links I could find for it were working. If you know of an active link for it, please send it to me. This sounds very interesting. I love fan stuff! Silent Hill has the most creative fans.
I can give you a little speculation about it, but don't take it to heart because I haven't actually heard this particular song ;)

If it was a female voice, the remix may have included part of a song from the third game's soundtrack. The track is called "Sun." There is some light music in the background, while the spoken words are The Order's creation myth. I looked up the exact words so I wouldn't mess them up, lol. Here you go---

In the beginning people had nothing
Their bodies ached and their hearts held nothing but hatred
They fought endlessly, but death never came
They dispaired, stuck in the eternal quagmire
A man offered a serpent to the sun, and prayed for salvation
A woman offered a reed to the sun, and asked for joy
Feeling pity for the sadness that had overrun the earth, god was born from those two people
God made time and divided it into day and night
God outlined the road to salvation and gave people joy
And god took endless time away from the people
God created beings to lead people in obediece to her
The red god, Xuchilbara
The yellow god, Lobsel Vith
Many gods and angels
Finally, god set out to create paradise where people would be happy just by being there
But there, gods strength ran out and she collapsed
All the worlds people grieved this unfortunate event
Yet god breathed her last
She returned to the dust, promising to come again
So god hasn't been lost
We must offer our prayers and not forget our faith
We wait in hope for the day when the path to paradise will be opened

Does any of that sound familiar? "Hometown" from the soundtrack of the first game had a part where Joe Romersa was sort of speak/singing some lyrics, too. I don't know if any of this information will help, but I'm the biggest fan of Silent Hill music ever and wish you luck!

I'm sorry about the first line of that last post. I just noticed that you did, in fact, refer to it as a remix. Oopsie :)

Please do not double post, use the edit button. - Amy

Oopsie again! Thank you for fixing it, and sorry! ;)
EDIT: Thank you for fixing this post, Amy. I hadn't read the rules thoroughly enough at the time of posting this, and I'm quite sorry for that.

"Hometown" is not from the first soundtrack, but from the third one.

Oh, sorry. It's been too long since I listened to the first one I forgot what that one opener was called.

I guess Wolfus never got around to reading this, eh? Oh, well. Bummer.

It's ok, don't worry.

"Silent Hill" it's the first track of the first soundtrack, and "Hometown" is some kind of remix with vocals.

I got redirected to here, even though I've never been on this site :(

Meh. I wonder why none of the links for this ever work anymore? I think I remember someone else mentioning this once, and I made a joke about Silent Hill's cult worshiping Sam Walton, because of the Bentonville thing. (If you've ever worked for WM, you would understand what I mean. I wish I had a few bucks for every time I heard someone use the phrase "Walton's dream for America.")

That's OK, roll down and click rightmost button "SLOW DOWNLOAD", wait few seconds (there will be countdown), then click "DOWNLOAD" and save file. I just tried it and it works. Link is not dead, I uploaded it two days ago.
