Devil's Lyric 2 plays whilst heading into the Resort area after emerging from the first set of sewers.
Never Again (2) is simply a strange combination of Alive and Die (why Yamaoka didn't just tack this track onto the end of Alive, I shall never know). Therefore, it plays in the Lighthouse/alternate sewers.
Die is played throughout the alternate sewers, intensifying as you progress.
Rain of Brass Petals is nowhere to be found in SH3; hence, why you could not place it.

Amazing job on this! I've said before that SH3 is my favorite soundtrack, and it really impresses me the way different parts of the same song are played in different areas of the game. I still think Prayer is such an amazing track for the fight with Alessa. <3

Wow, it's been ages since I've checked this thread, and a lot has been added since then! Thanks for all your help, especially angel and cyborg.
Do we have all the locations for SH4 tracks yet? I was going through the OST again the other day and a lot of them have me stumped. Hard to focus on the music whilst you're being attacked by horrible baby monsters, I guess.
01. Tender Sugar
Conversation with Joseph Schreiber in room 302 of the past.
Note: it's an alternate version of the track.
02. Waverer
I really don't think this track appears at all in the game.
03. Fortunate Sleep
Henry finds Eileen's x rays and photos in the hospital.
04. Melancholy Requiem
At the very beginning of the game in the nightmare sequence as the text tells you about Henry moving into room 302, etc.
05. Confinement
I really don't think this track appears at all in the game.
06. Drops of Shame
Henry finds Eileen in the hospital room.
07. The Suicidal Clock Chime
During "21 Sacraments" ending scene.
08. Silent Circus
Henry meets Cynthia for the very first time.
09. Traversing The Portals Of Reality
Another one I don't remember being part of the game.
10. Into The Depths Of Self Discovery
Henry meets Richard in the building world.
11. Cradle of Forest
End credits for all endings.
12. Resting Comfortably
At the end of the intro and in the very last part of the apartment world second time.
13. Nightmarish Waltz
Henry meets young Walter in the forest world second time.
Note: It's a little bit different than the OST version.
14. Pulsating Ambience
Not sure about this one, I believe it was used, but I really can't tell.
15. Your Rain
Henry visits Eileen in the hospital, only in endings "escape" and "mother".
16. The Last Mariachi
Game's main menu.
17. Wounded Warsong
Henry returns with Eileen after realizing she can't go through the holes and they decide to find another way out.
18. Underground Dawn - Never Come -
Not used in the game.
19. Fever Chill
Not used in the game.
20. Remodeling
Not used in the game.
21. Room of Angel
-Part of it can be heared during the intro movie.
-During the opening credits.
-Cynthia's death scene.
22. Waiting for You
Not used in the game.
Most of the ambient music is missing from the OST.

Wounded Warsong is so amazing omg.
Room of Angel brought me to tears a few times.
For sure one of my favorite soundtracks of all time.
