We got a solo music from SH2 E3 movie, time 4:22, but we cannot find it anywhere(I can sure it's not form Theme of Laura), does anyone know where the music come from?

Also, I am looking for non-live version of 'Waiting for u' in SH4, do you guys got it?

Thanks everyone, I love Silent Hill!!!!

The song on the E3 trailer is called Promise.

As far as I'm aware, there isn't a studio recording of Waiting For You, only the live version that is on the SH4 OST.

That is the studio version. They just added in the cheering to give it that effect: it was never actually recorded in front of an audience.

It's really not Promise, it is a short part of music that you cannot find in SH2 OST.
Seems no one knows that, I've asked same question somewhere else.

Looks like that's the only version of 'Waiting for You', thanks all!

I think the whole "Waiting for You Live at Heaven's Night" is kind of a fabrication in sorts:

Imagine a concert in Heaven's Night, in Silent Hill.

Then at the end, the main SH theme plays, and the crowd goes nuts, since they live in Silent Hill.

Know what I mean?

That's the point, Hometown. It's a joke, not actually performed live in front of an audience.

Yeah, it puts a smile on my face whenever I hear the end, haha.

(with cheesy intent) Oh Team Silent... ha ha ha.

Anywho, the best place for SH media is obviously: http://shm.dustfungo.com/

Now, on that site he has the songs from the different trailers ans such here:

http://shm.dustfungo.com/sh2music.htm

He also has the complete lists of all of the music in the games which surpass the Original Soundtrack. My point being is that those recording that are on the trailers are all that exist - at least to us. Team Silent may have better quality masters at their headquarters but this is all us fans can get our hands on.

I love the Theme Of Laura solo.. amazing.
