Silent Hill Anniversary Fan Film

Have you guys seen this? I just ran across it today through a post on Reddit (apparently, a sequel is being planned.) While there were some nice bits here and there, I found myself seriously disliking this film. I felt like it resembled SH2 in only a very basic, general way. I applaud the effort, but geez it was hard to watch. Thoughts?
