Silent Hill Genesis (2017)?

I was surfing through IMDb and saw that there is a Silent Hill TV series with a 2017 release date. Is this a fan project? The story revolves around young Harry Mason solving murders and Scooby Doobying about in Silent Hill, Maine. What is this!?

Another fan project, I guess. I've seen other ones on IMDB. Kudos to this one for sounding the most ridiculous!
