'The hell are you talking about? No there isn't. Prove otherwise. Provide a link. Provide a picture. Anything to back up your claim.

And fan-made mangas don't count. They have fan-made mangas and hentai for everything from Neon Genesis Evangelion and Urusei Yatsura to goddamn Digimon and Pokemon.
You'll be missed. You were missed. I am missing you.

Challenge accepted. See you in two weeks with some fan art. What are the perameters of this challenge?

(The "c" button is to your left, btw)
eh I didnt say that I could do any better, was just saying I doubt half the people on the board could.

And you dont have to be so cheeky you know, I made a typo, big whoop. Im getting sick of all your sarky and nasty comments around here, so are a lot of other people.

anyways, back on topic. Is there a silent hill manga? and that last image is cool, lol.

Bullshit. I live in Japan, and there's no such thing. Even if there was, way more people would know about it and it'd probably have a section on the board (or should I say it's own slice of Heaven? XD)

There are comics. Not quite manga, though.

If somehow you find actually proof or a video of the Silent Hill anime, I will promise to give you all my SH money, but it better be good proof. gamewiz90, please don't double post. And why did you reply "whatever" to Phantom Allure's post? He wasn't being rude to you or anything.

I would just like to say that I think you guys should start asking permission from the creators of these fanarts before you start posting them everywhere. A lot of artists on the web are very concerned about their work being published without their permission.
Some of the works shown here (including the image from the first/initial message of this thread) are from Japanese websites I've been to before and most of them have signs on their main pages stating this.

I think their rules need to be observed and respected even if you or whoever may think "doesn't this just spread a larger audience for their work?" It's still their stuff.

So please email the creators or at the tiniest least, put their website and give credit to them.
...that all my life I've been rushing up and down hills, leaping rivers, crashing over obstacles,
never dreaming that one day that beautiful thing in flight would land on this earth and into my arms

Well I'm actually in pre production for an Anime version of the first Silent Hill game using Flash. The script is set, Models are being worked on, and voice overs are being done. Expect it to be realsed sometime in 07 (Episode one) but things may changed such as release date and overall completionif complications occur.
FACT:Jesus indeed does NOT love the little children.

oh man! a SH anime would RULE. i disagree about the anime being about bunnies and s**t, whoever said that definitely hasn't seen the right kind of anime. just watch Hundred Stories or Higurashi na Naku koro ni yo see what anime's can do about horror.
well a Silent Hill anime doesn't have to follow the story exactly like in the games so it has nothing to do with SH5 not being out yet. As long as it's about the town and the story takes place within it and it's dark and ofcourse Akira makes the soundtrack, it would definitely be the best anime ever.

maybe not anime.
remember final fantasy the spirite within?
those computer graphics would be suitable for the silent hill series
like if they made the series the same as the goo cutscenes in the series
HARK, do you not hear the voices,
they are only audible if you listen first

As anything else, it depends on how they make it.

I think that the potential of a good anime is out there, and that there is a chance of it happening. As we already know there is a manga on the way. The problem we mostly face in animes are that the dessign becomes "cute", but there are many examples of successfull gore animes.

Honestly I am already getting pumped about it XD
I really liked your art pieces.
