One of my favorite scenes is when you first encounter Siam. i love how brutal he/she is. pounds the car, then charges you and is relentless. i was expecting Siam to be a bit slow, but the first time i fought it, i got my ass kicked.
i also enjoyed the scene with Alex's mom. although i haven't been merciful yet, so i don't know how that one turns out.

I have many favorite scenes from Silent Hill: Homecoming, but I think the introduction to the prison boss stands out, you know the thing that takes hold of Wheeler? My reaction was pretty much the same as Alex.

Also another favorite scene is just before the final battle, where Alex 'remembers'.

Oh man, the first encounter with siam where it flips the car then looks at Alex and is like "I fight you now!" I was so freaked out cause all I had was half health and an axe
Am I the only one that was disgusted by the drill scene, I mean yeah SH is gory, but damn...that was boarderline torture porn.
I love how they introduced the order, cause I was watching Alex bicker with his mom and all of a sudden you catch a glimpse of a gas mask in the background and then the most amazing thing happens...you don't have to fight them as soon as they're introduced...so when they first runn at you in water/power, I wtf'd
Also, the scene that got me the most was when they showed the accident. it made me realize how unstable of a person Alex was...cause even before he broke down, he had a quasi-childlike mentality

That scene and then where the game suddenly turns into the movie Hostel and Hollway starts drilling Alex's leg. I didn't expect that and it's definately my favorite scene and like many others on here I was yelling "BITCH" with Alex.
As much as I want to see what will happen if I don't fight back with Halloway, I CAN'T! I can't let him die... can't do it... =P
My favorite scene is probably the one at the police station. It was awesome to begin with, but when the Siam came out of nowhere and knocked the cop car Elle was in right over, I knew I was smitten with this game. :3
After that, probably the scene where the miners showed up at Alex's house and attacked him and took his mother. That scared the living shit out of me, so not expecting it. >_> I was like, "Oh, family drama-HOSHIT!" xD
I also loved the cutscene when the Order attacked them on the boat. I love the whole characters conversing aspect of it; that's why the car ride scene in Silent Hill 3 is one of my favorite cutscenes of the series, even though not a lot happens. And then the Order attacks and it gets a li'll scary again. xD

My favorite bit was when Doc Fitch bleeds out on the floor and Scarlet rises from the pool with him cradled in her arms, pontificates for a moment, then crushes his skull with her jaws. I kept getting distracted by his crumpled, headless body lying against a wall as I was prying her apart with a crowbar. That haunting track is my favorite bit of music at the moment.
I always push the RED button.
I thought the scene where you wake up in the cell is pretty awesome. I was SO READY to hate Wheeler. I had only heard before I played the game that he was harassing Alex and Elle or something--I'm not really sure what it was, other than obviously not being from the best of sources. Anyway, when I ran into my first monster with him and he started shooting the fuck out of it, I freaked out. I said to my friend, "Why can't Maria do that?!"

The cutscene right before you fight the prison boss. Even though I probably would have reacted the same way, I laughed my ass off at the way Alex said "Holy fuck!"

The Hell decent, the transition to the otherworld in Alex's house. The scene right before the sliding puzzle in the attic. The opening scene, the scene on the boat ride to Silent hill with Wheeler.
All of these scenes were awesome.. and even the game play, the fact that you have to fight so many monsters.. and they're so agreesive. to me harkens back to the days of Sh1.. when those flying things would come after you constantly.

i didnt think the hotel was horrible, but it wasnt my favorite either. I would have to say that my favorite scene was Alex's flashback to him and his brother in the boat. That scene really got to me.
