What's with the dolls hair? Why does the dolls hair dissapear when Alex picks it up, just before the Hell Descent level, in Fitch's office? It suddenly changes appearence? :?

I think it's something related to the Scarlett boss, which possibly represents Dr Fitch's daughter - a doll's separatable limbs (& hair) may refer to how Fitch murdered Scarlett by dismembering her with a knife.

That was my thought too. That also fits with the beheaded doll after the Hell Descent boss (representing the fight) am I right?

^Yeah, I guess it makes sense too.
There are many doll references in that stage, probably because of the love Scarlett had for dolls.

I thought it just went from a "new" doll to a tattered and old doll when the worlds switched? Like, for effect.
