This might have been mentioned before. Or maybe, I'm the only one to notice it :p
So.. The Ceremonial Dagger used for opening doors, right? It would make sense if you would unlock the door, and then bring the Dagger with you, to the other side of the door. But in the cutscenes from Adam's hunting room, you see the Dagger being in the outside of door. Which means that, when Adam wants to get out of the room, he has to touch the blade of the Dagger since it must be sticking out on the other side of the door :p And we can assume that it is quite sharp.
Yeah exactly. He has to twist the blade to open the door from the inside, because the Dagger is still lodged on the outside of the door. No wonder he's never happy
I noticed that as well but I don't think Adam was this reckless to do that without protection on his hands, like a glove. And Aura kinda have a point here, he could just push the door.
The door opens in, as seen in the cutscene where Alex enters the room, and Adam starts yelling at him. And Alex is seen turning the Dagger to open the door. So he'd have to touch the blade. Probably just a mistake by developers.
Yeah it opens both ways, but he'd still have to turn the blade. I don't think that Adam can just push it open. I think it was just a little mistake from developers. There's nothing else on the other side of the door to grab, besides the blade.
The door probably opens just by pushing it from the other side.
If someone was going to go out of their way to make a ceremonial knife door knob, they would have no trouble implementing that little feature. The point is to keep others out, not in.
