A question

Poor Alex ... his momma don't seem to like him much. We wonder why in here ...

I dont regret paying full price for it.
Of couse, i also bought the PSP just for Origins and then bought the PS2 version
Bought the Wii in anticipation of SM, but was going to get the console for the kids anyway.
Am planning on buying the PS2 and PSP version of SM as well.
I also have the PAL version of the first game, and the EU version of 2.
So maybe you should not listen to my advice.
Now the dream of this life must end, and so, too, must the dreamers within it.

I'd actually bought it on release date, the PS3 version even though I didn't own a PS3 (but I knew I was gonna get one of those before a 360). About a year later, I played the 360 version at a friend's... got that one for $10 because Best Buy desperately wanted to empty their stock. Guess I haven't gotten my money's worth, yet, since I haven't finished my own copy.

Here's what i do.
I play through the game until i get the Laser Pistol. This way, the next playthrough i wont need to worry about conserving ammo and the monsters.
Now i have enough time to really enjoy it all.

I paid $60 usd on the release day and never once regretted it. Very good game IMO, it may not be SH 2 but for what it does, it does it well.
