Silent Hill Heaven

I will put it in bullet points to try and make things easy to understand.

-Two sisters one is about 30 the other is 20
-The father died years ago but isn't rellevant to the story
-The mother drowned in the bath when the youngest was 6 and the oldest was 16
-The youngest keeps having nightmares
-They go on holiday to a small coastal town and the locals are very hostal to them
-One of the loacals tells the younger sister that her mother (the one who drowned) used to live their and after she left the economy in the town suffered badly
-When the younger sister asks the older sister about this and she says that the locals were all in a cult or some sort and they were angry when the mother ran away
-To show her regret the mother was planning to return to the town and sacrifice the younger daughter (in a cave near the town) to say sorry and to gain the favour of the spirit of the town
-However the older sister drowned her own mother inside the cave to save the younger sister
-The younger sister gets mad and drowns the older sister
-The 'curse' is then lifted on the town now that one of the sisters has died


Anyone else see the similarities
