Well, I looked anyway and found nothing. In fact he wasn't turning his head, since my save I loaded was from after the clock room and the health drink was gone. ^_^ James did, however, take a much-needed shower:

after the hanging body fight, when james is wheeled through the hallway. if you pay close attention to the cutscene, you will see exactly where it is: he is left off right beside the garden door. so with james' back to the hospital garden door, it is directly to his right.

With the sponsorship money I got for Quiet Falls, I bought SH2 for PC, SH:E for PSP and SH1 demo for PS1. SH2 should arrive today. Looking forward to the high res joy! I'll have to ask you to tell me how to do these camera hacks once I've had a play through, Nur_Ein_Tier.
