There is a scene in the Bowling Alley where you see Eddie eating a pizza. The box clearly says "All Star's Pizza." Where is this store? And how did Eddie get the pizza? (Not really a question, I guess, just pointing it out.)
he probably brought it with him for his long trip to Silent Hill.

Back off man, I'm a scientist.
Well, he didn't have it when he was puking in the toilet.

He probably ate too many beforehand, and then started puking. Then, his stomach empty and ready for more... he went and got another one from his secret pizza stash. It's probably like... hidden under some floorboards.
(hahah... Eddie just makes me laugh.)
He's got a weight problem... (he can't wait to eat.)
Oh yeah.... and what is Lovecraft? I've heard of it several times.. but I don't know what it is at all. I don't like not knowing things...

Lovecraft is a horror writer who's idolized for his stories and references to "demons"--but I don't know much else about him. I'm sure other people are more qualified to answer. You can check him out on Wikipedia, or borrow a book of his short stories from the library if you're curious .
I'm not dead yet, dammit.

If you're going to read Lovecraft, start with the "Cthulhu Mythos" stuff.
My favourite story by H.P. Lovecraft is Shadow Over Innsmouth.
If you don't want to read Lovecraft to know about it, then play this fantastic game that I can't stop babbling about:
"Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth" for XBOX. Scary stuff, considering you have to survive Innsmouth....*shudder*
Check them out.

I disagree.(about Xuchilbara being a vaitiel) this is speculation at best, and it would be nice to see ppl address it as atheory or opinion. Also, everyone seems to lump all this religion/order stuff altogather. Instead it should be seperated , Xuchilpaba , game designers said the Red God's name actually resembles Xibalba.the Adversary wrote:

That James has gathered the items for the Ceremony of the Resurrection of the Deceased and is going to conjure Xuchilbara, the red god--also known as Valtiel--, to resurrect his deceased wife.

...and the ritual of holy assumption. The items seems to be important to every ritual that concerns "giving life", either to a human, maybe animal and entire layers of worlds (Walters Kingdom).the Adversary wrote: >what ceremony is performed with these items?
The Ceremony of the Resurrection of the Deceased.
These items isn't just for this ritual, but seems to have a big significance to many things within the cult and mythology.

Walter performed the Ceremony of the Resurrection on himself in order to unite his two halves; the Ritual of the Holy Liberation doesn't mention the Obsidian Goblet or White Chrism at all. The Descent of the Holy Mother, however, does--which is different from the Ritual of the Holy Liberation.

The White Oil, Obsidian Goblet together with the book is right in the same room where he did the ritual on himself.the Adversary wrote:Walter performed the Ceremony of the Resurrection on himself in order to unite his two halves; the Ritual of the Holy Liberation doesn't mention the Obsidian Goblet or White Chrism at all. He did use the items... they'r sure not for house decorations.

What the hell? Did you read what you quoted?
I just said that. The first sentence, in fact, explains that: his guilty side resurrected his innocent side so that he might be united as one. The Ritual of the Holy Liberation does not require the obsidian goblet or white chrism.

OK, wrong of me, but the main thing I said was that it's not special for just Ceremony of the Resurrection, but may be important to many things within the cult and mythology.

Imagine if the dark half come to the one suffering in prison and offered suicide as a chance of liberation. "You will see me again".the Adversary wrote:What the hell? Did you read what you quoted?

So TA, you believe Walter resurrected the human body, merged his current self with it, then whole, performed the assumption and dies in that hidden room? His new powerful form patched over the hole, to secure it?
