There is no date on the newspaper, and James' comment is:
That's strange, this paper has today's date on it. ( something to this effect).

There is speculation that Jame's killed Mary on May 13th, but, for all we know, he could of done it the morning after.
Making it the 14th. Who knows, there is no fact to clarify the exact date.

My timeline reads May 14th, 1994. Mary probably died earlier that day.

That's what I'm thinking. But I will safely say either the 13th or 14th, since we don't really know for sure.
