It's a hidden message from Kyohei Yamaguchi, one of the room designers and modelers. It is found on the roof of Brookhaven Hospital. It's difficult to read, so I'm hoping you guys can help me figure out what it says (actually, there are quite a few things I'd like help with on that front).

I'm quite positive this is pretty close....at least I think so.
This seems like some sort of riddle or something from the developer I'm curious if it has anything to do with that cat graffiti or Laura's cat drawing and possibly Mira (Dog ending)
this is really intriguing. god only knows. it almost looks like he's asking "where is it now?" or "what is it now?" in reference to the cat, as if the cat in question has made some sort of transformation, perhaps into a dog? the word dog does seem to be in there, although it may be a part of another word. the way i see it, James loved his wife while she was alive, and could have been perceived as harmless, and a cat might be the symbol of this, whereas a dog could be used as a symbol of aggression, as in the moment James decided to kill his wife. the difference between a loving husband and a wife-murderer is like night and day, or, in this case, like cats and dogs. a stretch, yes. i don't think we'll ever know...but good find!
