Weird Glitch I've never seen before

If there is a glitch thread, by all means move this. I did a search and couldn't find a specific thread in the section.

So, watching a web show I follow occasionally, called Video Games Awesome!, they were doing a Silent Hill 2 playthrough. I wasn't watching it too intently since they weren't really taking the game too seriously, until the reached the first fight with Pyramid Head. And then what happens at 9:59 happens:

Is that the original or HD Collection?
I haven't played the later but it never happened to me on the original.

I really hate 99% of these 'voice over and play through videos' I occasionally find ones that are interesting or funny, but most have zero comical value and are played by people with nothing worth saying.

I too despise those people who think they are funny playing the game, but it just plain sucks.
But no; I too have never seen James arise from the dead:P
