So you never cheated on your girlfriend?! Poor little boy.
It was a moral metaphor, so it doesn't necessary mean I never cheat on a girlfriend...

But I don't :P  :D   :?:

I've never played it on easy mode. I'm going to have to play it again and test out this "invincible" theory. :P

It doesn't work on Easy, only Beginner.

I always find it funny that you're not able to choose "beginner" before you finished on something harder... :D

I have only rented games 1-3 (Only because when I friest got in to the games, you couldn't find them anymore.) and I havn't played the first, but I'm going to get it, and because I only rented them I only had enough time to play through the games on beginner.

But really, do any of us play Silent Hill for the gameplay?

Actually, the harder the more frightening....
If you play it on easy it gets so easy there is not danger. And beginner doesn't exist in any other game then Sh2, but only after you finished the game once :-)

What version is that?Mine is the Europe version of SH2(I had a vacation in Europe and I buyed 2 and 4).Or do you need to finish the game for the invincible theory?I am not invincible in beginner.

You can be beginner in SH3,SH2 and SH1 and all from the start of the game, too.

Don't tell me you didn't know about the extra options menu.

Forget it man. I was just havin' fun. In truth I don't even have a girl at the moment, but... anyway who cares!? We talkin' bout beginner mode? Let it be that way. :D

I played SH3 on normal with a detailed walkthrough from Gamefaqs, and even still it was kinda tough to get by without getting smacked or running low on ammo. Some of the monsters were just too tough to take out or used up too much ammo, so I had to run. Compare that with SH2 on Easy, where I gleefully beated up anyone I came across with a Steel Pipe or Great Knife.

well for me ammo aint an issue, i like close combat weapons, specialy since i have beaten each resident evil game on hardest difficulty with just the knife and about like 50 healing items, the main tactic of these kind of games, is if you can dodge it, dont deal with it, close combat weapons best trick is a quick push, and run. i got so used to that type of weapon i havent used one single handgun round since i started , i mostly been using the knife and the pipe.
