I thought it was okay. Didn't like the fact that Travis couldn't jog, just sprint for short periods of time and walk (i used a lot of energy drinks). Sometimes I felt like I couldn't appreciate the atmosphere because there are monsters everywhere. I like the weapon selection, the breakable weapons were annoying at first, but you never run out of things to arm yourself with. Not sure if I care to see an assault rifle again.
I liked the brightness of the outside foggy world, didn't like re-spawning enemies. Theater was definitely a great addition. I cannot comment much on the cult because I'm still trying to figure it out.
One thing I hope to see in the future is a little more interaction with the normal world. What I like about 4 is that Henry has the ability to look out his window and know that sanity exists somewhere.
Silent Hill: Origins wasn't so great.
