If I'm not mistaken, It's right after the scene where Rose and Cybil meet in Silent Hill and kill the Straight Jacket. Then you see this garage and Chris pulls in to the driveway and asks for directions to Silent Hill. The Mechanic doesn't tell him at first, so he pulls out his wad of cash.

I don't think they're related, though. Looks like Travis' hat just says "Auto Garage." Nothing about "Brahams Gas & Service."

I think it says "Brahams" in the wrench in his hat too.

Now that you've said it and I've squinted at it, it does look like that could be it. I can't quite tell which spelling is used, though. I hope it's not "Brahams."

If it was really a nod to the movie's station, why would it say "auto garage" instead of saying the name of the place from the movie? Eh, whatever.

Well from the UFO ending we can get a better look, so we can safely say that it says "Auto Garage"
