I have two questions regarding Silent Hill: Origins.

Okay so like I said, I have to things I'd like to talk about, so I won't have to create 2 new topics.

The first one is - and might have been mentioned before - in the intro, where Travis talks to another trucker over the radio, the other guy mentions that Travis might meet a girl if he wasn't always "blabbering about.....remember how or why....". What is it, Travis can't remember how or why? Is it his parents deaths maybe?

Second thing is, am I the only one whose game reacts SOOO slowly when saving and loading? I don't remember if this is also in-game. When I press down, for example, to go to the next save slot, it takes a few seconds before the game reacts.

"if you weren't always blabbering about losing your parents when you were younger and how you don't remember how or why"

I've noticed this too. It's extremely slow. I thought it was my disc.

Yeah, with me it was slow too.
So is it common?

Do you know for a fact, that he's saying "if you weren't always blabbering about losing your parents when you were younger and how you don't remember how or why", or is it a qualified guess?

So I'm not the only one who has a slow game?

I can play through the actual opening scene again and get you the EXACT quote, since if you turn up your TV loud enough and listen carefully, you can hear it very clearly. Let me check on youtube.

The exact quote is:
"... sleep like a baby with a chick in yo' cab."
"Guess I just don't meet the right girls, Bud."
"Maybe if you weren't always blabberin' about losin' your parents when you were younger, and you don't even remember how or why--"
"Hey, chill! You don't see me bringin' up your issues..."

And no, you're not the only one with a non-responsive save game screen.

I just checked it on Youtube. When I listened for what you wrote, I did understand it, and you're right. But I never would've been able to make out what he said by myself, so thanks a lot. :D

I remember the slow save scroll now :) It was way worse with Sims 2.

And the sentence in the beginning would've worked better like:

"Maybe if you weren't always blabberin' about losin'...remember how or why--"

It adds a lot more ambiguous feel to it.
