Is this on the PSN store in UK+IRE

Recently got PS VITA and just remembered this game today completely passed me by looking to play it now but only way to play is through the PSN.
PSN is down for the day so can anyone tell me if its on there

No its not. Its only silent hill 1
Everything else is in the usa store though.

I don't understand why Origins and SM are on the us store, but not on the european store. It's a shame really!
