I'd love to see them all return within the exception of Dahlia and Alessa, who need a revamp, in voice works.
My favourite voice actors of this game were Lisa and Cybil, but I loved Harry, too. I was indifferent about Kauffmann, but I thought the voice suited him.
Lisa needs to come back. Seriously. Her voice was the best.

I have a Youtube account where I sometimes post SH related videos. www.youtube.com/user/severeth

Wow, the same dude who voiced Harry voiced Saddler? He has definitely improved on his voice acting then. I'd be surprised if he'd be voicing Harry again in Shattered Memories though.l33tspaniard wrote:Harry's voice actor has done a lot of work since then. A mind-bogglingly ridiculous amount. We are talking about the voice of Saddler from RE4, right? Michael Gough?

Thessaly Lerner as Lisa was also quite good.
Harry's VA was Michael Gough? Seriously? Jin Uzuki? Raphael the Ninja Turtle? GOPHER from Winnie The Pooh?
Wow.

Well, you prompted me to do a bit more digging, and while imdb lists him as being the guy for it, someone on a forum apparently emailed him, and he responded that no, he isn't the VA of Harry, and he asked imdb to remove the credit.
So it's looking like it may actually not be him, though other sources strongly correlate to it being the case.

I stress: I love Silent Hill for many reasons.Sake wrote:Yeah, and that justifies bad-mouthing the voice actors from the original Silent Hill.
"Important role" would have been more appropriate than big role, sorry.
One of the game's most memorable lines about the radio was said by Harry's voice actor, Michael G. Surely that's something memorable about the first game you think about. You're not giving the voice actors any credit at all by saying they shouldn't even be allowed to play the remake.
"Huh! Radio?" is very emphatically not among them.
It has become a sort-of iconic line, but I'd rather remember the game's dialogue because it was gripping and well-done, not because it featured some really goofy, out-of-place shit.
