Not ALL the in-game numbers react; some are busy. But yeah, I think the first answer for Konami was hilarious. Someone should compile a list of the phone numbers you can call!

How spoiler-y are the phone numbers? Are they like, "This is fun! Call the Konami line, or call the Historical Society!", or are they more along the lines of "MAJOR PLOT HERE SO AND SO HAS A CELL PHONE AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WITH IT"?

They are all just for fun. The only plot relevant ones I think of are the ones to characters you meet in the game..and even then they are pretty short and don't give away anything....so go hog wild

I just had a thought. what if they had a number that you could call when you are stuck and it would give you hints, but, it would cost you money? how cool would that be?
