Who Gots It Early? :3
I know this is sort of a useless topic, but I thought I'd ask the question out of curiosity.
I was scrolling through the spoilers threads yesterday and noticed that people had already purchased and beaten the game, and they had it reserved at gamestop. So, being the little SH nerd that I am, I went to gamestop right after work lol. So, they already had 3 or 4 copies of the game and I happily walked out with SH: Shattered Memories 2 days BEFORE the scheduled release.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Oh yeah, this emoticon pretty much sums up my demeanor as I left the store

should I be ashamed? lol

Mine was from Gamestop, and they failed to include the promised soundtrack. I won't be preodering with them again. I don't normally preoder games anyway.simeonalo wrote:I did, but it didn't come with the soundtrack.
Never buy from EB Games
As for the topic question, mine didn't come early, but it seemed to come right on time- I noticed that some other people on the forum who'd ordered it got it on the same day.
GameStop is the same company as EB Games. Their employees often forget to do things; you really do need to ask for the preorder bonus. Then again, if you've ordered it online, sometimes it'll take a few more days to arrive. Try e-mailing them?phantomess wrote:Mine was from Gamestop, and they failed to include the promised soundtrack. I won't be preodering with them again. Oh, I'd been told that EB=Gamestop, but had forgotten. Anyway, it wasn't due to an employee forgetting or anything like that. I got an e-mail from them saying that due to unforeseen circumstances, they couldn't include it. And I did contact them back, but not with as much luck as cascade88. I was offered a discount for my next online purchase from them, but that's kind of useless to me.Yuki wrote:GameStop is the same company as EB Games. Sorry, I didn't mean to give the impression that I was asking for advice. (But thanks.)
Ah, it's fine. I just didn't know if you'd contacted them, so I figured I'd remind you. I think someone on the forums had a few extras; try searching, they might still have a few.phantomess wrote:Oh, I'd been told that EB=Gamestop, but had forgotten.
