On the first one, I got really skinny (emaciated) Raw Shocks with bones sticking out.
On my second play-through, my Raw Shocks got transformed into something that looks like this:

That's kinda disturbing with all the holes and dismembered head.

Exact same monster I got on my first and third playthrough, both of which were done as honestly as I could.

Wow. That one looks almost identical to mine.

It really scared me the first time I saw it, I was like "WOAH!". Oh, and some of them have the body but not the head

I got the stripper raw shocks.

I got one that looks similar to that but I think I also got two different ones at the same time. One had a regular looking head and another had an odd shape with a hole but I don't think it's exactly like that. I also haven't finished so that could be part of it.

. . . It looks like a miniature version of one of the Colossi.

I got one with the same body, and a slightly changed head that kinda looked like a peeled orange...

I had some with holes in their body, some with heads that seemed to be made out of rectangles, and some with large breasts.

Mine are very similar... Only difference is that the stems seemed to branch more off their heads. There were still the multiple holes and disembodied limbs, though. Same color. Oh, and as I've progressed, I've noticed that their shrieks have evolved more into gurgling cries for help. They're pretty unnerving, actually.

I didn't really study them, but I noticed one with a normal human-ish head and one with a "+" shaped head. That's it, though. Bodies seemed the same (androgynous), exept I think the + guy had more "slices" taken out of him.

mine looked like scarlet from SH:H kinda...

They just had a bottem jaw and a... heart shaped hole in the torso. well it reminded me of scarlet.

Mine looked similar to the ones in the OP's pic, without the shoulder protrusions or chest-hole.

Mine had slightly less piecey bodies and arms, and a sort of cross-shaped head with an irregular hole throuh the middle. Later on I did actually get something similar to OP's monster, only minus the holes in the chest. Additionally, did anyone else get a fairly large list of different combinations of heads and bodies? It seems like sometimes, I'd get a crosshead with a normal body, or a basic Shock with shoulder ridges.

I got a Cross-shaped-with hole in the middle-face Raw Shocks whit normal Raw Shocks body.

I had ones that looked like unwrapped mummy cloth and disfigured, floating pieces that had cross shaped heads with a hole in the middle.
