Er, I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say, but...
All of the endings except for the UFO are real, most likely. Each shows a different aspect of Harry and his relationship with Dahlia. What it seems is that Harry and Dahlia had a good relationship at first, but then it's possible that he cheated on her (with Lisa and Michelle), she then got mad and somewhat abusive, then he went out to drink/became alcoholic, and eventually they slightly made up and divorced, which is what we see in the Love Lost ending when he explains it isn't Cheryl's fault.
The UFO ending is just a joke. In Silent Hill 2, James' wife is dead.
