Hey! Just thought it would be fun to find out which real-world cellphone Harry's resembles the most? It would also be cool if an exact replica of the cellphone in SM was made! :)

What do you think?

Probably something along the lines of the T-Mobile G1.

Show me a cellphone with nothing but an "A" and "-" button, and we'll get back to you.

Good one, but it also has the directional buttons :P Anyway, my question was which cellphone it resembled the most and I'm sure it can resemble a real-life cellphone, even if it doesn't have the button names you mention, as those are obviously just ment to correspond with the buttons on the wiimote.

It's a very generic-looking smart-phone.

Aside: I noticed on my most recent playthrough that the battery power indicator on Harry's phone actually shows the power remaining in your Wii-mote's batteries. Kind of useful.

I was wondering what the battery indicator was for!

Harry's Phone was actually modeled from a Zune Player (The 80 or 120 GB version, at least)

Does it really? That's pretty damn awesome.

I think I mentioned that before. It's a fucking awesome feature. I have a save near the beginning of the game I keep purely for checking my batteries. Tedious, but it's more fun than just hitting the Home button.

...I'm crazy, aren't I?

It looks like an iphone type of thing.

That's pretty cool, I never realized that.

Originally I thought having a phone would take away some of the creep factor but it was well incorporated into the game

I was wondering why my cellphone battery seemed to be drained half-way and then nearly full the next throughout my gameplay.

Ahh, so the battery indicator is for the Wiimote... I was kinda wondering about that, since my second playthrough started with my battery indicator at half (and here I was wondering if my batteries from the first playthrough carried over). Kinda worried me, since I assumed the fact the indicator changed at all meant the phone would go out before the end... y'know, Chekhov's iPhone. :P

Nobody wants to risk being forced to admit involvement with a Zune. ;p

It seems to be a mix between many popular models of smartphones.

The speaker and screen part look like an iphone , the bottom part DOES look like a zune , it's actually the first thing I thought about.

As for the interface , it reminds me of my phone's interface,
Sony Erricson phone , mixed with some elements of the iphone and some of a blackberry.

I was gonna say that so far THAT model is the most similar to the Harry-phone in the outside. Now, i gotta see how does the interface look. O_o . For what i've checked it keeps the simple design in it too.
Are those cheap ass telephones or something? XD .

Zune players are just like iPods-except they are made from Apple's rival, Microsoft.

Lol I figured that out when Harry didn't move anymore. Next time I played it I noticed the battery bar and saw that the battery was higher than it was the previous day but still low. Of course I didn't have fresh batteries at the time, so I yanked the ones out of my TV remote from the downstairs TV. Apparently they were almost dead.

I'm pretty sure the interface is just made up.
