Has anyone been able to get the Oriental Lotus?

Anyone able to get the Oriental Lotus version of the brothel in SHSM? In all my playthroughs I've only been able to get the Honey trap and the Cat House. I was wondering what I had to do to get the Lotus. Is it connected to a certain personality? I was thinking maybe the drunk Harry because Oriental Lotus makes me think it's more of an opium den or something drug related. Anyone have any screens on what it looks like?

2. Have a 'good' Cybil
3. Go through Teresa's store
4. Examined the red dress
5. Examined a sleeping bag and wreath in woods
6. UFO photograph

I've only gotten The Honey Trap and The Cat House so far, are there any differences in the inside of the building if you get the Oriental Lotus?

I remember getting the Oriental Lotus once, but I don't remember exactly what I was doing at the time. Nor do I recall exactly what it was like inside, because I believe I was trying to just rush through it, to prevent any Sleaze+Siren points getting tacked on to my so-called score.

I was able to get the Lotus building last night! Basically I just rushed through the game and answered "no" to everything asked. I picked up a few mementos and echos but only if they were along the way.

It's looks just like the other buildings inside except it has green lighting and green walls and carpet.
