Ive searched but couldnt find answers for these questions...

I wanted to know if its possible for Harry to accept the drinks that he is offered...he always refuses in my playthroughs

I also wanted to know if looking to cups of coffe affects anything and if its possible to get to Cafe Noir hehe Im into coffe, thats my thing

As far as I know, it's not possible Thought I'd like it to be. Unfortunately, the psyche system isn't as complex as it should be.

Yes, you can make Harry accept drinks if you proceed by the traditional drunkness pathway. Observe liquor longer than 30s and answer 'yes' to the drinking question in the query. It's the easiest possible way.
